Day 23 - Birthday Beer (Spoetzl Brewery) - 8 miles

There was an all too familiar feeling in my head as I started the work day. Probably could have skipped that last pint but at least I could rally around Friday. After a rather underwhelming nap I hit the road for a deathly slow eight mile run. Real pedestrian shit, but hey I got it done. After the prior night's binge I needed something different- Birthday Beer (5%) by Shiner (Shiner, TX). It's a chocolate stout, oh yeah, this baby is just saturated with chocolate. There is absolutely no beer taste to this, just chocolate but I'm not complaining. Fun fact, this brewery is 106 years old. The brewery is listed as Spoetzl Brewery.
