67 - Nut Brown (Kelso) - 19M

The clocks leapt forward and the thermometers rose considerably. I ran a total of nineteen miles in two hours and nine minutes. It was the longest run of the year and it gave me the highest weekly volume yet of eighty-six and one half miles. The run wasn't without one minor catastrophe, luckily I'm not above wiping my ass with snow. The beverage for the night was excellent, Nut Brown Lager (5.75%) by Kelso Brewing Company (Brooklyn). This one's sooo smooth, full of flavor and highly drinkable. It deserves at least a honorable mention, maybe more.
