82- Durty (Smuttynose) - 11M

Back to the grind. The lack of consistency this spring in how I have felt doesn't leave me too optomistiv for this race. At the very least I felt fairly comfortable on the run, a total of eleven miles. For the nightly brew I hit up Durty Mud Season Brown Ale (8.4%) by Smuttynose Brewing Company (Hampton, NH). Hopefully it brings me some good luck. I did after all win the Smuttynose Half Marathon in 2012.
