34 - Recreation Ale (Terrapin) - 14.5 miles

Today the beer was greatly overshadowed by the run. I mixed and matched workouts with a couple groups: 3200 meter (10:53), 4 x 800 meter (2:34 per), 3200 meter (10:30?) for a total of 14.5 miles. I certainly felt slow on this one and I was dropped pretty hard on the last repeat. I needed something light so I went with the Recreation Ale by Terrapin Beer Co. (Athens, GA). At just 4.7% ABV it went down nice and easy. Other than that I don't have much to say about it.
