49 - Workhorse IPA (Laurelwood) - 8.5M

Another poor night's sleep. I wasn't sleep tired but the run was brutally slow. My legs were stuck in the shit bucket the whole way, 8.5 miles. In effort to salvage the day I tried the Workhorse IPA (7.5%) by Laurelwood Brewing Co. (Portland, OR). This was a brilliant IPA. Very drinkable for the ABV. Probably a good thing I only had one in the fridge, otherwise I would have been blasted.
