45 - Milk Stout (Lancaster Brewing) - 19M

The plan was for a morning run and then an evening Valentine's run at the Philadelphia Runner Store. I went a little further than planned and ran 9 miles in the morning. After a nap I realized that the afternoon run and party was actually out in Manayunk. With the time ticking I ran the close to seven and half miles out there, more than half of it at six minute pace. I made the run and clocked another ten miles, for a total of nineteen miles on the day. Five pints later and some decent conversations I was just glad to snag a ride back. For the days beer lets go with Lancaster Brewing Company's Milk Stout (5.3%). It was a good one, although I had two prior so it hard to articulate exactly.. or well just remember.
