58 - Resurrection (Brewer's Art) - 14.5M

After a week of twelve hours days and tall pots of coffee it was a hell of a night to go for a workout. I met Justin at Lloyd Hall and we were joined by Charlie. We ran 15 minutes at 5:35-5:30 pace, took five minutes and then run 10 minutes at close to 5:20 pace. I ran a total of  fourteen and one half miles. It seemed appropriate to go with Resurrection Ale (7%) by The Brewer's Art (Baltimore, MD). This one wasn't my favorite but it was smooth and had a nice kick.
